| Literature Review
|
Based on the results of the annotated bibliography, a comprehensive literature research focusing on CSF research in the field of IT outsourcing was carried out. Here, beside the already examined key IS conferences and journals, books on the subject of IT outsourcing (in a broad sense) as well as scientific online databases were scanned in an effort to find studies dealing with the (critical) success factors of relevant outsourcing projects.
